Urgent 2 Openings / Program Lead - MDM & Lead Architect at SAP MDM

1 - Program Lead - MDM
This position will be responsible for leading the program, design and execution of the project. This position will interact with senior business and IT client contacts to provide team leadership and provide guidance on program related aspects, SAP MDM applications and guide the team to resolve issues and mitigate risks

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Strong communication and written skills
- SAP MDM implementation experience including 3-4 full lifecycle implementations
- MDM 7.1 implementation experience and leadership experience on complex engagements.
- 8+ years combined functional experience in SAP (preferably MM module)
- 3+ years experience with Master Data Management
- Experience in integrating overall MDM architecture, applications, cross application impact and technology perspective

2-Lead Architect at SAP MDM

This position will be responsible for leading the analysis and design of SAP MDM. This position will interact with senior business and IT client contacts to provide team leadership and hands-on SAP MDM technical and functional expertise.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Strong communication and written skills
- SAP MDM implementation experience including 2 full lifecycle implementations
- MDM 7.1 implementation experience and leadership experience on complex engagements.
- 6+ years combined experience in SAP.
- 3+ years experience with Master Data Management
- Experience in integrating SAP MDM with Enterprise Portal, ECC and BW
- Good Understanding of reference Data. Any Pharma experience is a plus

1 - MDM data modeler
Develop the enterprise conceptual data model, the logical data model representing project data requirements (including data definitions) and for custom solutions, also develop the project physical data model. Ensure integration of the project logical data model into the enterprise conceptual data model. Ensure that physical models align with the logical data model. Required skill is SAP MDM Data Modeling.
Key Skills:
1. Data Manager
2. Import Manager
3. Syndicator
4. Master Data Experience with Material Master (Customer Master would be nice also).
Nice to Have:
1. SAP ECC Knowledge
2. Any prior Informatica experience (but not necessary)

2 -SAP MDM Java Web-Services + SAP BPM

The Master Data Management Technical Developer (MDM) translates master data requirements into technical specifications, designing and the delivery of technical components for MDM.:
Key Skills:
1. JAVA Web-Dynpro Development
2. Java API with MDM
3. Working with and creating MDM repository Design.
Nice to have:
1. Integration of MDM with SAP-BPM or other BPM tools
2. Integration with R/3 systems
Extras:
* Expert and hands-on knowledge of one or more MDM products such as SAP MDM.
* Knowledge and experience in creating data models for large fortune 500 enterprise
* Knowledge and understanding of *Logical / functional Data Sources* and/or domain knowledge in Master Data subject areas such as products, customers, vendors, locations etc.
* Ability to lead definition of Global IT best practices and standard methodologies; leadership in company*s technology strategy
* Experience in web application development
* Experience architecting, building and deploying scalable, highly available, mission critical and performance friendly enterprise wide applications
* Knowledge of key business processes in the areas of Supply Chain Management, ERP, Trading Partner Management (Product, Material etc)
* Experience with Java Programming and Object Oriented Design, JSP JavaScript, JDBC, HTML, XML, SOA, Web services and RDBMS
* Change Management and impact analysis
* Release management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to balance multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team

Secondary skills

BPM Specific Requirements
Participate in the workflow requirement gathering sessions and capture WF requirements and build workflows using SAP BPM * Experience with SAP BPM - Understanding and prior experience with SAP CE - Knowledge and experience with SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio - Knowledge and skill of designing UI using WebDynpro
Key Skill:
1. SAP BPM Experience developing Workflows
2. UI using WebDynpro Experience
3. SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio with CE Knowledge experience.
