SAP training centres got two fold since the last 2 years. There are so many Authorized SAP Training centres recently flourished in all major cities but when it comes to placement nobody is taking any step to approach companies for the basic support level jobs also.
I am well aware of the condition of all the MNC whose ERP development is really critical to basic freshers. But how can someone get the experience when a company doesnt come forward to give any opportunity?
Thus the situation moves every sap certified fresher to either make a false / fake employment in some local companies or consultancies. Some are ready to pay money to the false promising companies and thus loosing money , time and gains only frustration.
Who should be responsible ? Why SAP must authorize so many training centres when there is no job for the freshers category ?
Giving one time placement for one year by the grace of SAP alone wont change the scenario.
Every single authorized training centres must take little effort to place the certified sap candidates in some middle level companies in the support level / development level.
When company's like COGNIZANT, WIPRO, TCS, INFOSYS, HCL, TECH-MAHINDRA wants to recruit freshers from the off-campus job placements and train them in SAP, why these companies didnt take sufficient effort to bring a movement to recruit the Certified SAP consultants into Support level jobs?
Recruiting fresh batch college graduates and training them in SAP increases the cost and time of the company compared to recruiting the Certified SAP fresh consultants for the same opening is always a safe bet.
This doesnt mean the immediate freshers from the engineering colleges opportunites are stolen. There are still many other technologies in the IT industry where the same freshers can be trained an placed after the off-campus.
Even the End User roles are also not considered for the Certified Fresh SAP consultants. But why ?
I would really like to place a request to all the IT giants to rethink this type of recruitment to rebuild the hopes of Fresh SAP Certified consultants atleast once in their lifetime.
I still hope there will be a definite change in the SAP - ERP training centre placements in the future and more companies to offer atleast a small role in the SAP- ERP technology for the Certified Fresh SAP consultants.
